1. Tell us a bit about your hometown. Where do you insist on taking out of town guests?

I am from Auburn, a small town in Northern California. I love taking our guests to Foresthill bridge for a hike, it's beautiful there! Also, downtown for boutique shopping, live music, cocktails and tapas!

2. Where is your favorite place to take your Po Campo?

Bike riding with my husband and pups, usually somewhere along a body of water. Our poms love riding in my pocampo (yep it makes a great puppy carrier too), when I'm not using it to tote all my girly stuff that is.

3. A favorite tip (or two) about how you incorporate mindfulness and healthy habits into your daily life?

As a vegetarian I have to be very mindful of what I put into my body, making sure I receive all the proper nutrients I need to keep healthy. Daily exercise, even if it's just a 30 min stroll on the beach, it helps! And greens greens greens, of course!

4. A suggestion for women who are interested in biking but have safety concerns?

Wear a helmet to keep that pretty head of yours safe, make sure the bike fits your height properly, and strap your pocampo to the back filling it with first aid necessities!

5. Secrets for managing helmet hair?

Sport some cute pigtail braids or a little side braid. Once that helmet is off your hair will look adorable and no one will ever know ;)

6. Favorite biking memory?

I was in Colorado riding around the lake, with my pocampo of course. The cool breeze at my face, husband riding along side of me with our pups in tow. Sun was setting, glistening on the water. Literally the most perfect day.

7. If you could have dinner with anyone (living or dead) who would it be, and why?

Amy Schumer. She is hysterical! It would be a meal full of great conversation and non-stop belly laughs.

8. If you could be amazing at playing any one instrument, which would you pick?

Piano all the way.

9. If you could wake up fluent in any language, which would it be?

Italian, it's a beautiful language.
